Month One: The Running Challenge


This month (starting on May 24, 2012 and ending on June 24, 2012) I will run every day except for Sundays. If there are extenuating circumstances, I will replace my daily run with a killer indoor workout.


Because I'm not a "real" perfectionist, that's it. No specific distance, speed, time of day. There's just very little chance that I could PERFECTLY achieve this goal if I add any more constraints.

Wise. That's my plan for my week goals, too. Make them something you can achieve quickly in a bind. Tonight when I got home from work at eleven, I still hadn't practiced piano. I was glad I hadn't put a time minimum on that (aside from five min), and so were mom and dad, who were ready for bed. :)
